"Sugar Mill was my pick."

I sold my house – decided it was time to downsize and move into a 55+ area. I checked several apartments and mobile home parks in Osceola County – where I have lived for many years. Sugar Mill was my pick. As I would often drive by it always appeared to be well maintained. I never heard anything negative about the park. It is on city water & sewer, close to restaurants, banks, drugstores, Wal-mart, and a shopping center. Most within walking or biking distance. It is a quiet park – more like a country subdivision. I feel relaxed here and enjoy nature more- the birds in their morning song – watching the graceful Sandhill Cranes as they stroll through the area.
