Resident Portal
The Resident Portal is exclusively available to our community residents. It provides a convenient way to access rental account information and make payments online, anytime, day or night. We have partnered with industry leading companies Rent Manager and Zego (Powered by PayLease) Tenant Web Access, to provide a robust, feature-rich real-time portal that incorporates the latest state-of-the-industry security.

FIRST TIME USERS MUST PRINT, SIGN AND RETURN THE
TENANT WEB ACCESS LETTER (CLICK HERE) TO THE
COMMUNITY OFFICE TO RECEIVE ACCESS INFORMATION.
PORTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Use of the portal is optional. It in no way changes the terms of the Lease Agreement between the Resident and the Community Owner. In the event there is a discrepancy between terms or information shown on the portal vs. the Lease or Loan Agreement and official account records maintained in the Community Office, the latter shall prevail.
- Resident remains responsible for payment of rent and other charges as specified in the Lease Agreement. In the event payments made through the portal using the Zego (Powered by PayLease) Tenant Web Access are denied, received late, or reversed, Resident shall be subject to the additional fees indicated in their Lease Agreement. Partial payments may be denied.
- Resident further agrees to Terms and Conditions of Use Policy specified here. A paper copy of the policy may be obtained from the Community Office. Residents that elect to make payments through the portal using the Zego (Powered by PayLease) Tenant Web Access must agree to additional terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to deny Resident access to the portal at any time.
