We moved to Florida twenty-five years ago. We looked at several places and loved this place, but they were priced too expensive at that time for our budget. So, we settled at another mobile home park in St. Cloud within our budget.

After living there for a number of years, we decided to look again at Sugar Mill and found the homes were still nice. We found a home that was just the size we wanted and it was affordable. So we moved here to enjoy our life together.

My neighbors at Sugar Mill are very nice, as are the office staff who are helpful. We are very happy here.
