After researching many of the 55+ communities in the DeLand and surrounding area three years ago, the decision to move to Hidden Hills became the clear choice. The mature landscaping and lovely hills gave Hidden Hills a unique character that we didn't see at other parks. The homes are strategically placed on large lots, offering plenty of privacy while still being part of a neighborhood. Pride of ownership in the homes, the well-maintained grounds, pool, clubhouse, along with a friendly and professional staff contributed to our decision to call Hidden Hills home. 

Shopping for essentials is only minutes away. Nearby DeLand offers music, theater, art museums, farmers markets, wonderful restaurants and quaint shops. The calendar of events and activities will keep you exploring our city limits and surrounding areas. Quality doctors, labs, and hospitals are minutes away, eliminating the stress of long drives through heavy traffic for routine appointments. 

There are plenty of activities within the park itself including pool aerobics, yoga, card and board games, pot-lucks, and dances, to keep you as busy as you'd like to be. The people that live here are warm and friendly, from all walks of life. The beach is minutes away, as well as scenic routes through the Ocala National Forest. Bring your binoculars and enjoy the wildlife at the nearby city and state parks, and walk or bike the miles of paved trails in Volusia County. For affordable living in a lovely part of central Florida I highly recommend making Hidden Hills your home.
