2. Neighbors are friendly and helpful
3. Great amenities, such as clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard courts, RV & boat storage.
4. Grass cutting and waste pickup is carried out efficiently and promptly. Mail is delivered right to your door.
5. Manager and maintenance man are kind, courteous and efficient
6. Interesting community events are held, even during the winter season. Riviera has dinners, dances, cookouts, potluck suppers, live entertainment, educational programs, big band orchestra practice and movie nights.
7. Two shuffleboard teams play in organized matches with neighboring communities each week from November to March. Fun league shuffling is enjoyed each Friday.
8. Bingo and card games are open to everyone weekly.
9. Coffee and donuts every Saturday morning.
10. Pool is heated in the winter for residents.
