Sea Aira Bimonthly News - May/June 2022
May 26, 2022
Can you believe we are already half way through the year? They really start coming and they don’t stop coming! Kids are getting out of school, hitting the ground running. Isn’t it great how they live for fun? Their brains got smart, but their bodies are done! There’s so much to do, so much to see in this newsletter that there’s nothing wrong with taking a backseat while someone reads it to you. You’ll never know if you don’t go and keep reading below!
The HCD Inspection is complete: our local inspector was here on April the 19th, 20th, and 21st. He was very discrete and many residents didn’t even notice the inspection was being performed. The office has been made aware by some homeowners that the HCD citations have been mailed to any lot deemed necessary by the inspector. Please refer to the contact information on the letter (if you received one) for more information about your citation.
The inspection, along with warmer weather, has spurred many residents to begin repairs and improvements. While the office always appreciates community enhancement, please be reminded that any alterations, construction, or modifications to the outside of your home and lot must be approved by the park via written approval letter. In the event you are unsure if a project requires park approval or not, please feel free to call the office and ask.
Neighborhood Fun: Please give a warm welcome to two of our newest and tiniest residents, Beep and Boop the Anna’s Hummingbirds. Beep was found fallen from the nest in the pool area with Boop under a nearby palm. Even if they may have been just days away from flying, they needed a helping hand to stay safe. If you need help with the rescue or rehabilitation of local wildlife, don’t hesitate to contact The Wetlands & Wildlife Care Center: (714)374-5587
Save The Date: June 25th&26th will be our Community Yard Sale Weekend! The office will be advertising online again to help make this year’s sale as successful as last year’s. Please email Ashley lists or photos of items/services you’d like her to advertise for you at SeaAira2@ARCinvestments.com .
Around the town:

The Bolsa Chica provides a feeding and nesting habitat for thousands of birds and is considered one of the prime birding sites in Southern California. Nearby in Garden Grove, the 62nd Annual Strawberry Festival will be flourishing 5/27-5/30 Memorial Day Weekend. The event includes rides and attractions, a parade, contests, celebrities, food, vendors, performances, and much more. Admission is free, but tickets or wristbands are required for rides.
