Recommendations from ARC Investments on navigating the coronavirus.
March 18, 2020
To: All Residents
We are in a rapidly changing environment right now as we navigate the spread of the coronavirus and want to make sure that all our residents stay safe and healthy. We are recommending that all residents follow the basic CDC guidelines:
- Avoid social gatherings of 10 people or more
- Practice “Social Distancing” by maintaining a six-foot (6’) distance in all interactions
- Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds
- Cover nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing
- If you are sick, stay home
We do recommend that residents consider this guidance and observe applicable restrictions from federal, state and local authorities when using the pool, spa or clubhouse. If residents are sick, for the safety of all residents, please do not use the facilities.
In addition, we recommend residents follow the same guidelines and restrictions for any private events or regularly scheduled resident events. Please check with the community office, HOA or Activities Committee for the current status on resident events, as many events have been cancelled or rescheduled.
We want to make sure that we are available to service our residents and clients, so our community offices will remain open for our regularly scheduled hours, but we will be using health and safety precautions when interacting with residents and sales clients (ex. no shaking of hands, maintaining social distance, etc.).
We will also continue our practice of maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities to meet company standards and current health and safety guidelines.
Residents are encouraged to use online resources, such as our Resident Portal, to monitor their lot rental account and pay their lot rent without having to leave their homes. Additional information is available through your community office.
We appreciate our resident’s cooperation and understanding as we go forward to fight this outbreak.
